Return Policy

Within 30 days from the date of delivery you have the option to exchange the purchased items. You can request a size change or a refund.

Items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all the supplied accessories. Otherwise, the claim will not be accepted or will be partially rejected.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND/OR PRODUCT ISSUE: 

  1. Contact us with your request.
  1. In the following days, our customer service team will contact you to assess your case individually.
  2. In this contact, you must provide proof of the product's perfect condition or any issue with it via video.
  3. Once the exchange is approved, you must send the product to the address we will provide (depending on the supplier). Some suppliers cover the cost of return shipping, while in other cases, you will need to pay for the shipping.

Then you must provide us by email:

  • Sender: Customer making the claim and order number.
  • Tracking code of the shipment and/or proof of payment.

Claims that do not include this information will not be processed.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE WARRANTY 

In case of a defect or malfunction of any item from the start, we offer a 24-month warranty for all our items.

You can exchange your product for a new one or for different items as long as they do not exceed the purchase value.

The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all the supplied accessories. Otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.

 

THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN CASE OF:

  1. Physical damage to the item caused by external factors (fire, water, electrical surges, use in extreme temperature or humidity conditions, etc.) or misuse (bumps, falls, dirt, etc.)
  2. Wear and tear resulting from use.
